In short

• Use the components in any number of apps, and ship those apps to as many people as you like.
• Change the code however you want: the timing, the springs, the layout, all of it.
• Don't resell, share or republish the component code itself, changed or not.

What this licence covers

A component is any source code you get from TesseraUI: the files on a component page, in a download, or in a Copy prompt. You means one person, the developer who got the component.

TesseraUI keeps the copyright in every component. This licence gives you the right to use them as described here.

Free components

You can use free components in your own personal and commercial projects.

Pro, Lifetime and single purchases

TesseraUI is in early access, and Pro, Lifetime and single components aren't on sale yet. When they are, these terms are what you'll get.

If you have Pro, Lifetime, or bought a component on its own, you can use the components it covers in unlimited personal, commercial and client projects.

The licence is for one developer. Teammates who work with the component code need their own.

What you can do

• Use components in apps, websites and products you build, for yourself, your employer or your clients.
• Change them in any way, and combine them with your own code and other libraries.
• Ship the apps you build with them. The people who use your app don't need a licence.

What you can't do

• Resell or redistribute the code. You can't sell, give away or share component code, changed or unchanged, as a component, library, template, starter kit or design system, or as part of one.
• Build a competing product. You can't use the components to make a collection of components or templates that competes with TesseraUI.
• Publish the source for others to take. You can't post component code where others can copy it as a component, such as a public repository or gallery of TesseraUI components.
• Share your access. You can't give your purchase, membership or downloads to people who aren't covered by your licence.

If you cancel Pro

Code you copied while your membership was active stays yours to keep using in the projects you built with it, under this licence. You stop getting new components and updates, and you can't copy more until you subscribe again.

No warranty

Components are provided as they are. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be free of bugs or fit every project, and we're not responsible for problems that come from using them. Test them in your app before you ship.

Ending this licence

If you break these terms, this licence ends and you must stop using the components you got under it.

Early access

While TesseraUI is in early access, components, prices and plans may still change. Joining early access doesn't commit you to buy anything.

Changes to this licence

We may update this licence for future purchases. A change never takes away rights you already had for components you've already got.
